      This dispute appears to be outcome of a dispute which was referred to Mr. A.D.Khuwaja, Director Intelligence Bureau for investigation. We are informed that C.P. No.D-2172 of 2009 was filed by Petitioner Muhammad Idrees, which was fixed before a Divisional Bench of this Court at the Principal Seat and the Divisional Bench has appointed Mr. A.D. Khuwaja, Director I.B. to investigate into the matter and submit challan. This petition is also referred to Mr. A.D. Khuwaja, Director I.B, who will investigate into the matter and submit challan after examining the petitioners and their witnesses as well as the respondents.

      This petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
