4.                     Applicant by filing an application u/s.22-A/B Cr.PC sought directions against the SHO, P.S, Taluka, to record his FIR; it was dismissed by learned VI-Additional Sessions Judge/Ex-Officio Justice of Peace, Larkana vide order dated 22.6.2024, which is impugned by the applicant before this Court by way of instant criminal miscellaneous application u/s.561-A Cr.PC.

            None has appeared on behalf of the applicant. No intimation is furnished.  No illegality is noticed in the impugned order which may justify this Court to interfere with the same.  The complainant even otherwise has an alternate and adequate remedy to exhaust for the purpose before the Court having jurisdiction in terms of Section 200 Cr.P.C. 

            Having discussed above, the instant criminal miscellaneous application is dismissed in limine.
