            With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the order dated 15.01.2020 (signed on 20.01.2020) whereby the cognizance of the offence outcome of FIR Crime No.27/2018, u/s.316, 149 PPC of P.S Sachal, was taken by learned Civil Judge/J.M-III, Larkana, ignoring the report of police for its cancellation under “C” class, is set-aside with subsequent proceedings taken, if any, with direction to the learned trial Magistrate to pass the same afresh with adequate reasoning, after providing a chance of hearing to all the concerned and considering the report of Sindh Health Care Commission.

            The instant Crl.Misc.Application is disposed of accordingly.
