            The petitioners by way of instant constitutional petition have sought protection. No cogent reason is advanced by the petitioners for approaching this Court directly without exhausting remedy available to them before the Sessions Court having jurisdiction. Consequently, the instant constitutional petition is converted into an application u/s.22-A/B Cr.PC with direction to the office to transmit the same to Sessions Court having jurisdiction for its disposal according to law.
