            The E.D.O. (Education) Shaheed Benazirabad present in Court in other matters waives notice and states that the school was constructed on the plot which is owned by petitioner Ali Hassan and there is a sanctioned post in the said school as well.

The E.D.O. in terms of the Policy of the Government is directed to issue appointment letter to the Nominee Moharram Ali son of the petitioner. he shall accept the papers and shall issue appointment letter on the following day.

            This petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
