                        Notification has been issued by the Health Department and the Petitioner has been reinstated and his suspension has been withdrawn and he has also been issued salaries. The Petitioner’s Counsel states that during pendency of the petition the petitioner has been issued final show cause notice. His grievance is that after the first show cause notice to which he has replied, no inquiry has been conducted and therefore, final show cause notice was improper. Under these circumstances, we direct the department to follow the procedure required under the law and if they intend to initiate proceedings they should hold inquiry and then pass appropriate orders or otherwise.

                        This petition stands disposed of in the above terms along with listed application.
