      Through these proceedings, the petitioner seeks the following relief:

"a) Ensure that no harassment and blackmailing of any kind will be caused to the petitioner and his sons, nor they will be deprived and dispossessed from their own plots bearing RS Nos.72 and 73/2,3, area of 8000 Square Feet, Sajjadabad Housing Scheme, Qasimabad, Hyderabad and no one will be allowed except the petitioner and his sons to raise construction of any kind upon the above plots of the petitioner and his sons.

b) Direct the respondent No.1 to clarify his position regarding Sajjadabad Housing Scheme and provide NOC as well as additional NOC and other relevant documents to the petitioner, as requested by the petitioner in his application on payment of cost.

c) Compensate of Rs.50,00,000/- may be saddled upon the respondents, as they by issuing unnecessary letters/notices and calling the petitioner in their office, have misused the official powers and designation.

d) Any other relief(s) which this Honourable Court deems fit, just and proper in favour of the petitioner."

 

      The averments made in the petition are disputed. The issues raised could only be resolved by recording of the evidence of the parties. We therefore, dismiss this petition in limine with the direction to the parties to approach the Civil Court for entitlement of their respective claim.
