ORDER

Shamsuddin Abbasi, J.    Petitioner Muhammad Qabil has filed this petition in the year 2012 for release of his monthly salaries, so also directions for regularization of his services on the basis of disabled quota.

            Comments have been filed by the Deputy Commissioner, Jacobabad/ respondent No.1, which reflects that petitioner was appointed on contingent paid staff on daily wages in the year 2010 and his services were terminated in the year 2012.

            Since, it has come on record that petitioner was appointed on contract basis and on expiry of contractual period his services were terminated, therefore, question of regularization of his services does not arise. 

            In these circumstances, the petition in hands being devoid of merits stands dismissed.
