Vide order dated 17.04.2014 the Applicant was required to deposit the security of decreetal amount before Additional Registrar of this Court in order to secure the interim orders obtained. Eventually this Civil Revision was dismissed vide order dated 30.01.2020. CMA No.168/2023 has been preferred by the Respondents seeking release of proceeds of the Bank guarantee since the revision has already been dismissed. Learned Counsel demonstrates that the notice of this application has been issued, however no opposition to the application has been received as of date. Per Order dated 11.01.2024 report of the status of the execution proceeding was sought from the concerned Judge and as consequences thereof report dated 17.01.2024 has been filed which corroborates the contention of the Respondents' Counsel. In view here of there appears no impediment in grant of this application, accordingly, the same is allowed. The amount secured via Bank guarantee with the Additional Registrar of this Court may be released to the Respondents after proper verification and identification as per Rules.
