Perusal of pleadings and prayer demonstrates that this is a harassment petition prima facie contrary to the Judgment of Division Bench of this Court reported as Abdul Hameed and another Vs P.O Sindh and others (PLD 2019 Sindh 168). In view of such Judgment this petition is found to be misconceived, hence, dismissed in limine.
