                        Suit No.151/2015 was dismissed by the Senior Civil Judge-I, Larkana vide Judgment dated 17.12.2020. Civil Appeal No.43 of 2021 there against was dismissed vide Order dated 27.04.2021 on the ground that the appeal having been time barred.  Subsequently, a review application was filed and the same was also dismissed vide order dated 19.06.2021.  These orders are under challenge in this petition.

                        Petitioner is present in person and is confronted as to the maintainability hereof, however, he is unable to articulate cogent justification.

                        It appears that the dismissal of suit was predicated on consideration of the facts and circumstances before the trial Court.  The appeal there against was demonstrably time barred and no case for review appears to have been made out.  Under these circumstances, this Court is unable to see any infirmity in the orders impugned and further no case has been set forth for entertaining this matter in the writ jurisdiction.  In view of the foregoing petition is dismissed.
