            Petitioner is unrepresented without intimation and justification. Mr. Farhat Ali Bugti, Advocate files vakalatnama on behalf of Respondent No.3, being the private Respondent, and submits that no harassment has ever been caused and neither shall be caused in future. Be that as it may. This is a harassment petition and prima facie offends the Judgment of Division Bench of this Court reported as Abdul Hameed and another Vs P.O Sindh and others (PLD 2019 Sindh 168). In view whereof petition is found to be misconceived, hence, dismissed.
