            Following office objections merit consideration on the very onset:

(i)         Advocate to satisfy the Court as to how this petition is maintainable in view of PLD 2019 Sindh 168.

(ii)        Advocate to state as to how this petition is maintainable without CNICs of petitioner No.1.

(iii)       Family tree certificate, certificate of marriage and affidavit of Nikah Khuwan are to be filed.

            The petitioner is unrepresented without intimation and justification, however, perusal of the pleadings and prayer demonstrates that this petition is not maintainable. In view of the binding decision of division bench of this Court reported in PLD 2019 Sindh 168, this petition is found to be misconceived, hence dismissed.
