            The dispute raised requires recording of evidence as the petitioner claims ownership on the land and claims that he is in possession of the land owned by him and the respondents are un-authorizedly are attempting to dispossess him. According to him, the boundary wall has been demolished by the respondents. This issue requires recording of evidence and this court cannot pass any order under constitutional jurisdiction. The petitioner should approach the civil court to seek declaration in regard to his ownership of his land.

            This petition is dismissed in limine alongwith listed applications.
