2-4.                 The Office Objection No.1 states that this petition is not maintainable on the point of territorial jurisdiction.  Learned counsel admits that same is the case and territorial jurisdiction is with learned Sukkur Bench.

                        Office Objection No.2 states that the petition is not maintainable in view of the Judgment of this Court reported as PLD 2019 Sindh 168. Learned counsel has no reply.

                        In view here of, the petition is found misconceived, hence, dismissed in limine alongwith the listed application.
