                        The following order was passed on 26.04.2024:

“The present petition assails concurrent findings rendered in the family jurisdiction.  At the very onset learned counsel for the petitioner was confronted as to existence of any jurisdictional defects, however, he replied that there was none.  In view whereof learned Counsel is put on notice to satisfy this Court as to the maintainability of this petition in view of the Judgments of the Supreme Court reported as   M. Hamad Hassan v. Mst. Isma Bukhari & others (2023 SCMR 1434) and Arif Fareed v. Bibi Sara & others (2023 SCMR 413). Adjourned to a date in office.”

                        In view hereof petition found to be prima facie misconceived and dismissed alongwith the listed application.
