                        On 25.04.2024 the following order was passed:

“Learned Counsel for the Petitioner is put on notice to satisfy this Court as to the maintainability of this petition in view of recent Judgments of Hon’ble Supreme Court of Pakistan reported as M. Hamad Hassan v. Mst. Ismat Bukhari & others (2023 SCMR 1434) and Arif Fareed v. Bibi Sara & others (2023 SCMR 413). Adjourned to a date in office.”

                        Today the petitioner is unrepresented without intimation or justification.

                        In view of the aforementioned Judgments, the Hon’ble Supreme Court has maintained that each successive judgment rendered in the family jurisdiction ought not to be entertained ordinarily in the writ jurisdiction of this Court.  In view hereof, this petition is found to be misconceived and dismissed.
