      Through this Criminal Miscellaneous Application, the applicant/complainant has called in question the order dated 03.11.2009, passed by learned Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, whereby the interim pre-arrest bail earlier granted to the respondents was confirmed.

      It is, inter alia, contended that the impugned order is not speaking and lacks the reasons. It is further contended that after confirmation of their interim pre-arrest bail the respondents have misused the concession of bail and the respondents are habitual criminal and involved in many other criminal cases.

      The impugned order reveals that this is a case of ineffective firing in which no body had received injury at the hands of respondents. The learned counsel for the applicant could not produce any document viz. F.I.R. or N.C. in respect of alleged threats issued by the respondents after confirmation of their interim pre-arrest bail.

      In view of the above, this criminal miscellaneous application merits no consideration and the same is accordingly dismissed with listed application.
