ORDER

Agha Faisal, J.         The petitioners, claiming to be civil servants, have challenged the promotions of their contemporaries on the premise that they ought to have been promoted instead.

            Learned counsel was confronted as to the maintainability hereof and queried as how this petition could be entertained inter alia in view of Article 212 of the Constitution, without any necessary parties (promotions whereof were sought to be annulled) being arrayed and the controversy being entirely factual in nature, hence, not amenable to writ jurisdiction. He remained unable to satisfy the Court on either count.

            Petition is found to be misconceived, hence, dismissed.
