Agha Faisal, J.         The petition seeks placement / construction of speed breakers at a certain area within the municipal limits. Office objection denotes that the petition is devoid of any assertion that the concerned authority has ever been approached in such regard. No endeavor was even made to demonstrate any vested right of the petitioner to the relief sought. Petition being misconceived is hereby dismissed.
