ORDER

Agha Faisal, J. This petition pertains to service matters in PEPCO, admittedly a body corporate devoid of statutory rules.  The petition is prima facie not maintainable on such ground alone. Even otherwise the Petitioner seeks employment on the basis of some competitive process having been conducted in 2010; however, present petition was filed in 2012, therefore, barred by laches. Admittedly, the petitioner was not declared as successful in the competitive recruitment process and no case is made out to inquire into such proceedings, as sought in the petition, inter alia as the writ jurisdiction is not amenable for determination of disputed factual controversies requiring inquiry and / or evidence[1]. Petition is found to be misconceived, hence , dismissed.
