ORDER

Agha Faisal, J.         The petitioner seeks regularization of his service on humanitarian grounds. At the very onset learned counsel was confronted with the maintainability hereof in view of the recent judgment of the Supreme Court in VC Agriculture University[1]. Learned counsel remained unable to satisfy the court. In view of mutatis mutandis application of the binding ratio enunciated by the Supreme Court as aforesaid, this petition is found to be misconceived, hence, dismissed.
