Agha Faisal, J.         The petitioner seeks appointment on deceased quota and it is the respondents’ case that he may apply at the time when vacancies are advertised and that his case shall be considered in due accordance with the law. No cavil is articulated by the petitioner’s counsel in such regard, therefore, the petition is disposed off in such terms accordingly.
