ORDER

Agha Faisal, J.         The Anti Encroachment Tribunal Larkana had rendered a judgment dated 21.03.2023 and the petitioner filed an application there before alleging violation thereof. The said application was dismissed vide order dated 29.01.2024 and it was observed as follows:

            The petitioner has assailed the aforementioned order in writ jurisdiction. At the very onset, petitioner’s counsel was confronted as to maintainability inter alia as to how this Court could intervene when the concerned court has itself maintained that no order rendered has been violated. Counsel remained unable to articulate a cogent response.

            This petition is found to be misconceived, hence, dismissed along with pending applications.
