ORDER

Agha Faisal, J.         This is the second successive petition whereby the petitioner seeks reinvestigation in a criminal matter. Earlier CP D 303 of 2023 had been filed and the same was dismissed as not pressed vide order dated 11.10.2023.

            Irrespective of whether any latitude remains available to the petitioner in the earlier petition, no case has been made out to entertain this second petition. In view hereof, this petition is found to be misconceived, hence, dismissed.
