                        At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant states that he will be satisfied if the directions are issued to the learned trial court to conclude the case expeditiously. The trial court is directed to conclude the case within four months from the date of receipt of this order and atleast the material witnesses should be examined, thereafter the applicants may file their bail application on fresh grounds, if so desired.

            With the above observations, Cr. Bail Application No.393/2009 stands disposed of.
