The Petitioner shall approach the Sessions Judge Jamshoro before harvesting any crop and in turn he will depute some Magistrate who will ensure that no loss is caused to the Petitioner or to any other party at the hands of police of Mukhtiarkar.

The police has already denied the interference in the lands of the Petitioner.

This petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
