4.                The facts in brief necessary for disposal of instant constitutional petition are that certain polling stations of PS-02, Jacobabad, as per the petitioner, have been shifted from one to other places; therefore, such action of the respondents to be declared illegal by this Court by way of instant constitutional petition.

                   If the petitioner was having a genuine grievance on change of above said polling station, then he ought to have objected to such action, when it was going to be taken. The election is at the verge of its’ completion and order of shifting of polling station from one to other place would amount to an interference with the smooth election process, which could not be permitted by this Court at this stage that too without any lawful or reasonable justification.

                   In view of above, the instant constitutional petition being misconceived is dismissed in limine.
