ORDER

Muhammad Saleem Jessar, J-. Through captioned application, applicant Samiullah (proposed accused) seeks transfer of Crl. Misc. Appln. No.  912 of 2023 re; Zafarullah v. SHO P.S Civil Line Jacobabad and others, filed by respondent No.1 (Zafarullah) under Section 22-A & 22-B Cr.P.C, from the Court of learned Sessions Judge/ Ex-Officio/ Justice of Peace Jacobabad, on certain grounds.

            The comments were called, which have been furnished by learned trial Judge extending no objection for transfer of the matter to any other Court. Learned counsel for the respondent No.1, as well as learned Addl. P.G., in view of the comments furnished by learned trial Judge have extended no objection to transfer of the case.

            Accordingly, in view of above position and without commenting upon grounds urged by learned counsel for the applicant, this transfer application stands allowed. Consequently, Crl. Misc. Appln. No.912 of 2023 re; Zafarullah v. SHO P.S Civil Line Jacobabad and others is withdrawn from the file of learned Sessions Judge/ Ex-Officio/ Justice of Peace Jacobabad and made over to learned               1^st Additional Sessions Judge, Jacobabad, for its disposal in accordance with law. Let copy of this order be sent to Courts below for compliance.
