Mr. Naseer Khan Leghari Advocate for applicants a/w applicants Choith Ram, Saroop Chand, Lal Chand and Lekh Raj Mal.

2.         It is inter alia contended by the learned counsel for the applicants that names of applicants/accused do not appear in the FIR but the police is bent upon to arrest them at the instance of complainant with malafide intention and there is likelihood of humiliation, disgrace and maltreatment of the applicants at the hands of police. It is further contended that the applicants cannot approach the trial court as the police is after them. During arguments, learned counsel has placed on record copy of FIR bearing Crime No.152/2009 of P.S Umerkot which has been registered in respect of abduction of same girl and her children and submits that the applicants be granted protective bail in both the crimes/cases.

            Without touching the merits of the cases, the applicants are admitted on protective bail for 10 days from today in Cr.No.142/2009 and Cr.No.152/2009 of P.S. Umerkot, subject to furnishing their solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- each and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Additional Registrar of this court. This order will cease to have effect on expiry of 10 days or when the applicants surrender before trial court, whichever is earlier.

            This Criminal Bail Application No.710/2009 stands disposed of.
