4.         It is inter alia contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that the case has been challaned and NBWs, against the applicants, have been issued by the trial court in Crime No.99/2009 of Police Station Airport, Hyderabad u/s 324, 342, 147,148 PPC, therefore, they apprehend their arrest.

            Without touching the merits of the case, the applicants are admitted on protective bail for 07 days from today, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- each and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Additional Registrar of this court. This order will cease to have effect on expiry of seven days or when the applicants surrender before trial court, whichever is earlier.

            The Criminal Bail Application No.709/2009 stands disposed of.
