                        It is inter alia contended that the applicant was on bail who was attending trial Court but later on he jumped the bail and remained absent on two dates, therefore, his bail bond was cancelled. It is further contended that the applicant is behind the bars since 11-04-2007 though the trial Court has granted bail but for want of surety he did not avail the fruit of liberty. The applicant is in Jail since more than 02 ½ years. It is further contended that one Mohammad Ashraf Memon who is said to be brother in law of the applicant has submitted surety papers before the trial Court but learned trial Court did not accept the same. The applicant is a poor person and has no relatives or friends who come forward to stand surety for him.

                        In view of above, the trial Court is directed to accept the surety of Mohammad Ashraf son of Haji Rehmatullah Memon after proper verification.

                        This criminal miscellaneous application stands disposed of along with listed application.
