            The comments have been filed on behalf of the Respondents, which are taken on record. The D.P.O. present, shall take action against those, who are violating the law, in accordance with law. He may, if find necessary, process the matter through Magistrate u/s 133 Cr.P.C and the Magistrate on police report will take cognizance in accordance with law. The Petitioner and Respondents appear to be not on good terms and present proceedings may be the outcome of vengeance between them. In any event, if the criminal proceedings are pending against either party at the instance of other party, the D.P.O. will look into such cases and pass order disposal of the case after enquiry if he is of the opinion that the false cases have been registered by any party.

This petition stands disposed of in the above terms. The parties aggrieved may approach the Civil Court for restoration of their rights under Easement Act.
