3.       The Petitioner has preferred this petition under Article 199 of the Constitution, praying that this Court be pleased:

(a) “To direct the official respondents Nos. 2 to 7 to cause maintenance and repair or lay down new road from RohriAchiyounKubiyoun to ShadiShaheed Long Faqeer Road (S-23-042) stretching over distance of 25/30 kilometer.

(b) To appoint Nazir or any other suitable person as commissioner with specific directions be conveyed to him to inspect the roads within precinct from RohriAchiyounKubiyoun to ShadiShaheed Long Faqeer Road (S-23-042) in presence of petitioner to examine the ground realities as to whetherroads are damaged or not, if yes to what extent and to what level.

(c) To direct the official respondents Nos. 2 to 7 to submit the M&R budget report-cum statement containing details of the accounts pertaining to utilization and disbursement of budget in respect of maintenance, repair and laying down new roads as well as sewerage system Sukkur precinct so that it can be divulged publicly as to what progressive work has been done by the official Respondents for the last ten years.

(d) Grant such further, additional or alternative relief, as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper”

Having considered the matter, we are of the view that the same does not present a fit case for issuance of a writ. The petition thus stands dismissed in limine.
