4& 5.           The petitioners seek a change in the foti khata of certain landed property said to belong to their grandfather, with it being said that an application has been made on that score before the concerned functionaries of the revenue department, but is not being attended to, and it being sought that directions  be issued in that regard. The petition is found to be misconceived as the petitioners had earlier filed also filed CP No.D-405/2017 before this Court on the same subject, which was dismissed as withdrawn in terms of an order dated 14.07.2023. Even otherwise, their case merely gravitates around the assertions that their application for change of foti khata is not being attended to, which at best constitutes a case of maladministration, for which, a remedy is available before the Provincial Ombudsman, as already held by this bench in terms of an order dated 14.11.2023, made in CPs Nos.D-1644/2023 and D-1645/2023.As such, the petition stands dismissed in limine along with the pending application.
