Order Sheet.
HIGH COURT OF SINDH, CIRCUIRT COURT HYDERABAD.
C.P.NO.D-28 OF 2008.
Abdul Karim. . . . V. . . .Chief Secretary Govt. of Sindh and others.
Date Order with signature of Judge
11.11.2009.
Mr. Wali Muhammad Khoso, Advocate for petitioner alongwith the petitioner.
Mr. Muhammad Azeem Panhwar, Advocate for AAG alongwith Mushtaq Ahmed Abbasi DSP (Legal) on behalf of PPO Sindh, Karachi.
. . . .
We have seen the comments of the AIGP. The petitioner is not a graduate which is the basic requirement under the Public Service Commission. We have been informed that previously relaxation of the nature was granted by the head of the Department, which practice has been given up after the Government has framed policy wherein the appointment of ASIs. has been recruited through Sindh Public Service Commission and the minimum qualification for the said post is graduate. The petitioner is not a graduate and therefore we cannot pass an order to compensate him under Shaheed quota.
This petition, in view of the above, is misconceived and is accordingly dismissed.
