            We have heard the D.P.O Hyderabad. According to him the subject matter of these proceedings is under litigation in Civil Suit No.247 of 1998 pending before Ist Senior Civil Judge, Hyderabad and in Civil Revision No.85 of 2007 pending before this Court. The parties will stay back and will not take action against the other except they will approach the relevant Courts where the civil proceedings are pending. No harassment shall be caused to the petitioner or any of his family member and the title or the possession of the property shall be subject to the decision of the civil proceedings.

            This petition stands disposed of in above terms along with listed application.
