Through the
captioned revision, the applicant has sought to impugn the judgment dated
23.05.2023 rendered by a learned Division Bench of this Court in Spl. Crl.
Appeal No.D-88 of 2022. Suffice is to say that the Revision is misconceived and
not maintainable. As such whilst sustaining the office objection, we hereby
dismiss the same in limine alongwith
the pending Misc. Application.
