It is stated by learned DPG for the State and learned counsel for the private respondents that after committing death of the detenue, her dead body has been thrown in river Indus by the culprits involved in such incident, in order to cause disappearance of evidence to save them from legal consequences and supplementary challan to such effect has been submitted by the police before the Court having jurisdiction by inserting section 302 and 201 PPC. Learned counsel for the applicant, when was confronted with above, stated that he would advance grievance of the applicant before learned trial Court so for addition of section 302 and 201 PPC to challan already submitted by the police with regard to abduction of the detenue is concerned. By stating so, he sought for time.

Adjourned to be fixed after three weeks.
