Through instant Crl. Misc. Application, the applicants have challenged the order dated 31.01.2023 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-II/Ex. Officio Justice of Peace, Ghotki in Crl. Misc. Application No.216 of 2023 filed by respondent No.1 u/s 22-A & B Cr.P.C was allowed and SHO, P.S Adilpur was directed to record the statement of respondent No.1.

Heard learned counsel for applicant, respondent No.1, Additional Prosecutor General and perused the record.

Perusal of record reveals that impugned order is in accordance with law. It further reveals that learned Ex-Officio Justice of Peace has passed impugned order which is speaking one hence, no illegality or material irregularity was found in the said order as same also protected the rights of both the parties in para No.8 and 9 of the impugned, therefore, instant Criminal Miscellaneous Application is hereby dismissed alongwith listed application.
