 After arguing the matter at some length, it was stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that he would not press the disposal of instant petition before this Court, provided the petitioner is permitted to exhaust his remedy before the Civil Court having jurisdiction, in accordance with law irrespective of earlier litigation, if any, which is not opposed by learned Addl.A.G Sindh. Order accordingly.
