                        A report is filed on behalf of respondent No.10, it is taken on record.

            It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that further investigation of the case has been conducted by Mr.Abdul Qudoos Kalwar, DSP, C.T.D Sukkur and he has furnished such report before this Court under dispatch No.DSP/CC/-1195/Sukkur, dated 12.04.2023 and copy whereof he has already provided to SHO, P.S, Ghouspur and they are satisfied with such report. It is confirmed by SHO, P.S Ghouspur that copy of such report has already been provided to him by Mr. Abdul Qudoos Kalwar, DSP, C.T.D Sukkur. On being asked, what action he has action on such report; it was stated by him that no action on it has been taken by him on such report on account of stay which is operating in the instant petition. When confronted, it was stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that they would not press disposal of instant petition before this Court on merits, provided the SHO P.S Ghouspur is directed to proceed with the report of further investigation submitted by Mr.Abdul Qudoos Kalwar, DSP, C.T.D, Sukkur, in accordance with law. Order accordingly.
