Through listed application, the applicant/surety has sought for return of surety documents/saving certificates worth Rs.100,000/- which he submitted before the Accountant of this Court while standing surety for applicants/accused Ghulam Muhammad and Nadir Ali Metlo whose bail plea was turned down by this Court vide order dated 15.12.2022.

                   Heard learned counsel for the applicant/accused, learned D.P.G for the State and perused the record.

                   Perusal of record reveals that the applicant stood surety for the above named applicants/accused whose bail plea was earlier declined on merit by this Court, therefore, the documents of applicant/surety are no more required to be kept on record for indefinite period. Consequently, the listed application is allowed and office is directed to return the surety papers/saving certificates to the applicant/surety after proper verification and identification.
