4.         The petitioner by way of instant petition has sought for protection for himself and his family members from the harassment of the private respondents which as is evident of order dated 21.03.2023, passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge/Ex-officio Justice of Peace, Kashmore, has already been granted in his favour by DSP Complaint Cell, Kashmore @ Kandhkot, by directing SHO, P.S Kashmore for the needful. No further order in that respect is called for by this Court by way of instant petition; it is dismissed in limine.
