                   At the very outset, it is stated by learned Counsel for the petitioner that he would not press the disposal of instant petition on merits provided the respondents are directed to consider the application of the petitioner for his appointment with legitimate preference being son of the late employee, whenever the posts are to be filled in by them in accordance with law; such proposal is not opposed by the learned Addl. A.G. Order accordingly.
