                   The petitioner by way of instant petition has sought for quashment of FIR Crime No.23/2023, under Section 365-B PPC of P.S Civil Line Jacobabad. It is stated by the Investigating Officer of the said case that he has already submitted interim challan of the case before the Magistrate having jurisdiction and would submit final challan of the case after recording 161 Cr.PC statement of the petitioner subject to her appearance before him. Being satisfied with the statement of the Investigating officer, does not press instant petition. It is disposed of accordingly along with listed applications.
