It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioners that as per comments filed by Secretary, Agriculture, they have consented for constitution of Departmental Promotion Committee for consideration of case of petitioners for their promotion in next grade but no date is fixed by him for the needful. On asking, it was stated by learned A.A.G that he would intimate the Court about fixation of the meeting of Departmental Promotion Committee after consultation with the concerned. By stating so, he sought for time, which is granted.
