                        It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner and its officers are being harassed by the respondents to be involved in false cases; therefore, they be restrained from doing so. The harassment to the petitioner by the respondents being a Commercial Bank is not appealing to the common sense. If its officers are apprehending their involvement in a false case, then they have separate remedy to exhaust. Even otherwise, the registration of FIR is a legal course; it could not be prevented under the deception that if it is registered, would be false. Consequently, the instant petition being misconceived is dismissed in limine together with listed applications.
