The petitioners by way of instant petition have sought for direction against the respondents to release the arrears of family pension to them without fail.

                        Two cheques worth Rs.25000/- each towards family pension of the petitioners have been furnished by Mr.Imam Bux, Secretary Union Council Saifal, Taluka Tangwani, District Kashmore @ Kandhkot, those are taken on record, to be collected by the petitioners to their convenience from the Accountant of this Court. A chart of payment error is also filed by him; it is taken on record, copy whereof is provided to learned counsel for the petitioners. It is stated by Mr.Imam Bux, Secretary, Union Council Saifal, Taluka Tangwani, District Kashmore @ Kandhkot that the arrears of pension of late employee Muhammad Sallah Khan Nindwani would be cleared by depositing two cheques worth Rs.25,000/- each, with Accountant of this Court on or before 8^th of every Calendar month, to be collected by the petitioners. The learned counsel for the petitioners being satisfied with the above statement, does not press the instant petition, it is disposed of accordingly.
