Zulfiqar Ali Sangi, J: Through this application, applicants Mst. Manzooran and Mst. Shahzadi seek post-arrest bail in Crime No.19/2021, registered at P.S Jahan Wah (District Shikarpur), for offences punishable under Sections 302, 120-B and 34 P.P.C. Their similar prayer was declined by learned 3^rd Additional Sessions Judge, Shikarpur, vide Order dated 25.3.2023.

Learned counsel for the applicants mainly contended that co-accused Sheenh alias Shaheen already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 06.2.2023, passed in Crl. Bail Appln. No. S- 06 of 2023. Learned counsel has placed on record photocopy of such order. Per learned counsel, case of the present applicants is on better footings to that of co-accused, who has been granted bail, therefore, the applicants on the basis of rule of consistency also deserves same concession and treatment, as such, he prays for grant of bail in favor of applicants.

Learned D.P.G. appearing for the State could not refute the submissions made by learned counsel for the applicants and concedes for grant of bail to the applicants.

Since, co-accused Sheen alias Shaheen has been admitted to bail by this Court and case of present applicants appears to be on better footings, therefore, rule of consistency is applicable to the case of present applicants. Accordingly, the instant bail application stands allowed and applicants Mst. Manzooran and Mst. Shahzadi are granted post-arrest bail upon their furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.300,000/- (Three hundred thousand rupees) each and P.R Bonds in the like amount to the satisfaction of trial Court.
